All Rigdon Marine employees are eligible to participate in the following benefit programs on the first day of the month, after 30 days of employment.

Medical, Dental and Prescription - Rigdon Marine, in partnership with United Healthcare, provides comprehensive, affordable coverage for employees and their families. Employees may choose between dual plan options and three levels of coverage to meet their personal needs.

Vision Insurance - Included in our medical program, our vision coverage includes co-pays for exams, lenses, frames and contact lenses annually.

Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability Insurance - Fully paid for by Rigdon Marine, our STD/LTD programs provide employees with a percentage of their salary in case of an unforeseeable event.

401k - All employees over the age of 21 are eligible to participate in the Rigdon Marine Retirement Plan. The company matches a percentage of the employee contribution each pay period. Rigdon Marine has one of the best company matches in the industry and an aggressive vesting schedule.
